TEAK decking guarantees to their custumers for a time peroid of five (5) years from the time of purchase. During this time the products will not have any disadvantages in material and workmanship, will not brake, crack, sneeze, scratch, or the insects that attack the wood will not damage the material. Materials that have been found to be damaged or cracked due to improper installation do not come under warranty.
TEAK decking is committed to replace its products that are proven to be incorrect and do not respond to any financial loss or material damage that would result from it.
TEAK decking does not guarantee the suitability of this material for any application without prior testing.
All claims under this Limited Warranty must be completed within five (5) years of purchasing PlasDECK products, must be in writing with proof of purchase and must include a refund of the defective product, prepaid cargo, to TEAK decking. Replacement will be delivered and the cargo should be collected.
Goods must be inspected and billed upon arrival. Any damage to the load or shortage must be recorded by the receiver / BOL. Without a damaged cargo or lack of compensation, it will be permitted if the cargo is accepted and signed as “in good condition”.
The above-express limited warranties are the only and exceptional warranties that are offered to you. THERE ARE NO OTHER EXPRESS WARRANTIES. ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDED BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF POSSIBLE SELL AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR USE ARE EXCLUDED. TEAK DECKING WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.
